Time: 3–5 minutes
Purpose: Reconnect with your body, release tension, and bring awareness to your breath and sensations.

Instructions:

  1. Find a comfortable seat or lie down. Close your eyes if it feels safe.
  2. Notice your breath. Take a slow inhale through your nose, feel your belly rise, then a soft exhale through your mouth. Repeat three times.
  3. Scan your body. Starting from your head, slowly move your attention down to your toes. Notice any areas of tension, tightness, or discomfort – without trying to change them.
  4. Mini release. On your next exhale, imagine sending gentle warmth or light to the areas that feel tense. Let your body soften a little with each breath.
  5. Anchor. Rest your hands on your heart or belly, take one final slow breath, and silently say: “I am safe. I am here. I am home in my body.”

Tip: You can repeat this mini practice anytime you feel stressed or disconnected. Each time you do, it’s a small but powerful step toward feeling truly at home in yourself.
