Even when you try to slow down, something inside your body stays alert – your chest tightens, your breath feels short, your mind keeps racing. This isn’t failure or weakness. It’s your nervous system holding onto old patterns, quietly asking for safety.
This is where my work begins: helping you come back into your own body, reconnect with its intelligence, and feel held, without effort, without needing to fix anything.
Understanding Your Nervous System
Your nervous system is the part of you that knows if you’re safe, even before your mind does.
When it’s on guard, your body carries tension, your thoughts feel scattered, and your energy can feel stuck. You may notice it as:
