How This Works

The nervous system does not update through insight. It updates through experience. Through accumulated moments of genuine safety. Through the body learning, slowly, that it is allowed to rest.

My work creates the conditions for that.

Through nervous system awareness, breathwork, somatic work and Reiki, we work with what the body is actually holding, not just what the mind has already understood about it.

This is not about fixing you. There is nothing to fix.

It is about helping your system feel safe enough to let go of what it no longer needs to carry.
