Life can feel heavy, disconnected, or endlessly effortful. It’s often not because you’re doing anything “wrong.” It’s because your nervous system has learned to stay on guard.

My work is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect – through your body, your breath, and a deep sense of inner safety.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about restoring the conditions where your body can settle, your mind can think clearly, and your capacity can expand.

When Your Body Doesn’t Feel Safe

You might notice it as anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion, or a sense of being “stuck.”
You may appear capable on the outside, yet something inside feels braced, restless, or disconnected.

This isn’t a mindset issue. It’s a nervous system pattern: the body holding old survival responses shaped by past experiences, beliefs, and pressure. These patterns influence:

  • How safe you feel in relationships
  • How you respond to stress
  • How much ease or trust you allow into your life

When survival patterns persist, even high performance comes at a cost: energy depletion, stress fatigue, and reduced clarity.

The Body Is the Way In

Healing begins when the nervous system senses safety. Through body-based practices, breathwork, somatic recalibration, and energy work, we create conditions where:

  • Your body can soften and regulate naturally
  • Your mind can think clearly
  • Capacity and presence expand

This is the foundation of The Embodied Safety & Regulation Method, the framework I use in private sessions, group containers, and corporate workshops to restore nervous system regulation and sustainable performance.

My Approach

I’m Yvette Puchert, a nervous system practitioner, Reiki Master, and trauma-informed coach. I help high-performing women and teams release chronic stress, restore safety, and rebuild sustainable capacity. I combine:
