Reiki

This gentle yet powerful energy healing practice works beyond words. Using universal life force energy, Reiki helps dissolve energetic blockages, restore harmony within your chakra system, and awaken your natural capacity for healing. It brings the nervous system into a state of deep rest and repair, allowing suppressed emotions to rise and release safely. Reiki is especially powerful for those on a spiritual path, it supports growth, integration, and a renewed sense of inner peace. Sessions can be done in person or at a distance, with equally profound results.

Nervous System Reset

So many of the patterns we label as “stuck” or “self-sabotaging” are actually survival responses, it’s your body doing its best to protect you.
