Come Home To Your Body
Nervous System Support for Lasting Change
A gentle return to safety, presence, and the wisdom of your body.
When life feels heavy, disconnected, or endlessly effortful, it’s often not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because your nervous system has learned to stay on guard.
My work is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come back into relationship with yourself – through the body, through breath, and through a deep sense of inner safety. This is not about fixing who you are.
It’s about remembering how to feel at home in yourself again.
When the Body Doesn’t Feel Safe
You might notice it as anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, or a sense of being “stuck”.
You may be functioning well on the outside, yet something inside feels braced, restless, or disconnected.
Often, this isn’t a mindset issue.
It’s the body holding old survival patterns, learned responses shaped by past experiences, beliefs, and moments when safety wasn’t fully there.
These patterns quietly influence:
- how safe you feel in relationships
- how you respond to stress
- how much ease or trust you allow into your life.
They can sound like:
- I’m not enough.
- I need to try harder to be accepted.
- It’s not safe to fully be myself.
- I have to stay alert to stay in control.
These aren’t truths.
They’re protective patterns, and they can be met, softened, and gently rewired when the body feels safe enough to do so.
The Body Is the Way In
Healing doesn’t begin with insight alone.
It begins when the nervous system senses safety.
Through body-based practices, breathwork, and energy work, we create the conditions where:
- the body can settle without being forced
- breath can find its own rhythm
- awareness can return without pressure
From here, clarity emerges naturally.
Beliefs loosen.
Energy begins to flow again.
This is the foundation of all my work.

An Introduction

I’m Yvette Puchert. My work lives at the intersection of nervous system safety, embodied belief work, and spiritual reconnection. I support women who are tired of pushing through, fixing themselves, or trying to heal from the neck up and are ready to come back into relationship with their bodies.
Much of what keeps us feeling anxious, disconnected, or “not enough” isn’t a personal flaw. It’s protection. It’s the nervous system doing what it learned to do in order to survive.
When those patterns are met with safety rather than force, something shifts. The body softens. Breath deepens. Old beliefs begin to loosen, not because they were fought, but because they are no longer needed. My approach weaves together:
• belief breakthrough work
• nervous system–informed coaching
• breathwork and somatic practices
• Reiki and energy healing
• intuitive, body-led guidance
But this is not a formula. It is relational work.
We listen to your system.
We move at a pace your body can trust.
We allow safety to lead change.
I don’t work on you. I walk with you.
Ways We Can Work Together
A body-led approach to safety, belief change, and reconnection
Come Home to Your Body
Nervous System Sessions
These sessions focus on restoring a felt sense of safety in the body.
When the nervous system has been bracing for years, through stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-doubt, the body forgets how to settle. This work blends breath, somatic awareness, and gentle energetic support to help your system:
• soften survival responses
• reconnect with inner steadiness
• release held tension
• build capacity for calm and clarity
We don’t force regulation.
We create the conditions for it.
Embodied Pattern Work
This is where we gently meet the patterns that have shaped your inner world. Self-doubt. Over-responsibility. Fear of being seen. The sense that you must try harder to belong. Rather than trying to “fix” these beliefs from the mind, we work with them through the body. Together we:
• uncover the protective roots of old beliefs
• understand how they formed
• create safety around the parts that learned them
• allow new patterns to emerge naturally.
This isn’t mindset work. It’s nervous system–informed belief transformation – where change happens through safety, not force. Learn more →
Reiki & Energetic Support
Energy work is woven throughout my sessions, but it can also be experienced on its own. Reiki offers a gentle way to:
• calm the nervous system
• support emotional release
• restore energetic balance
• deepen connection to your inner wisdom
Sessions are offered in person or remotely and are held with steady, grounded presence. Learn more →
Integrated Mind–Body Sessions
For those wanting a holistic container, this offering combines nervous system work, belief exploration, somatic practice, and intuitive guidance in an ongoing process. This is for women ready to:
• deepen their self-trust
• feel safer in relationships
• move beyond chronic bracing
• reconnect with their spiritual life in a grounded way
We move at the pace your body can trust. Learn more →
This Space Is for You If…

- feel disconnected from your body or sense of safety

You don’t need to be “spiritual”.
You don’t need to have language for what you’re feeling.
You just need a willingness to listen.

What Some of My Clients Have to Say:
“I highly recommend Yvette, a beautiful gift received from the universe. For many years I have been feeling very stuck and lost until I entered this woman’s beautiful practice and was made aware of old patterns, and it was special in how Yvette approached me, with such humanity and lots of nurturing. I gained so many tools that guided me to live more fully in my own truth. Yvette is kind, nurturing and full of divine wisdom and light.”
“When I started doing my coaching with Yvette, I was feeling stuck in my career, at home and in my marriage. I was extremely anxious and doubted my ability to get out of my rut. Yvette changed this. Together we worked through my obstacles and constructed a clear and actionable path forward. I could finally release what was holding me back. I now feel empowered to embrace my new future in a more mindful way. I am deeply grateful for this journey”
“I did not even know what a nervous system was until I met Yvette. Through her coaching and nervous system work, I learned I had been living in survival mode for most of my life. It affected my relationships, the way I saw myself and my approach to my career. Through Yvette’s coaching, breathwork and Reiki, I slowly started feeling calmer – from deep within. I now know the signs my body gives me and I listen to them. Through this entire process I felt held, safe and connected.”
