A Regulated Path Back to Yourself

I’m Yvette, nervous system practitioner, trauma-informed coach, Reiki Master, and creator of The Embodied Safety & Regulation Method. I help high-functioning women step out of chronic survival mode, soften their nervous systems, and rebuild sustainable capacity, without abandoning their ambition or their depth.

Like many of the women I work with, my journey began with a quiet ache. A sense that life looked successful on the outside, yet something essential felt disconnected underneath.

In my twenties, I discovered the teachings of Louise Hay and Caroline Myss. Their work articulated something I had always sensed: that our biography becomes our biology. That the stories we carry live in our nervous systems, our health, and our patterns of relating. That insight began a lifelong exploration of healing, regulation, trauma recovery and embodied transformation.

My training includes trauma counselling, complex PTSD recovery, REBT coaching, toxic relationship cycles, breathwork facilitation, trauma and recovery practice, transformation coaching, and life purpose work. I am also a certified Belief Breakthrough Coach and Usui Reiki Master.

But more than credentials, what shaped me was lived experience.

Twenty years in advertising, marketing and events taught me what overdrive feels like. High performance. Tight timelines. Chronic pressure. The subtle normalisation of dysregulation.

I understand burnout from the inside

My Approach

My work has evolved into what I now call The Embodied Safety & Regulation Method, a structured yet deeply relational framework that restores nervous system safety before attempting change.

Because transformation without regulation retraumatises.
And performance without safety is expensive.

This method integrates:

• Trauma-informed nervous system recalibration
• Pattern interruption and belief restructuring
• Somatic and breath-based regulation practices
• Energy-based restoration through Reiki
• Embodied leadership capacity building

Whether I’m working one-on-one, inside Come Home to Your Body, or delivering corporate workshops, the foundation is the same:

Safety first.
Capacity second.
Expansion third.

In our work together, there is no pressure to fix yourself.

We slow down enough for your system to feel safe.
And from there, change becomes sustainable.

Breakthroughs do not always arrive as lightning bolts.

They often begin with one regulated breath.
One honest moment.
One softening in the body.

And from that point, everything reorganises.

How We Can Work Together

Private Nervous System & Pattern Work

For high-functioning women who are tired of operating in survival mode.

This is one-to-one work focused on:
• restoring nervous system safety
• interrupting chronic survival patterns
• rebuilding emotional and cognitive capacity
• strengthening embodied decision-making

We work beneath the mindset, at the level where patterns actually live – in the body.

Come Home to Your Body

A structured nervous system reset experience.

Designed for women who feel braced, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, this container helps you:
• soften chronic stress responses
• increase regulation and resilience
• feel safe in stillness
• return to clarity and grounded self-trust

This is where safety becomes embodied, not intellectual.

Reiki & Energetic Regulation

Energy work woven with grounded presence.

These sessions support:
• nervous system calming
• emotional release
• energetic balance
• deeper internal alignment

Offered in-person or remotely, always steady, contained and regulated.

Corporate Workshops & Team Regulation

Through The Embodied Safety & Regulation Method, I deliver practical, trauma-informed workshops for high-performing teams.

These sessions focus on:
• recognising survival patterns in workplace culture
• improving decision-making under pressure
• strengthening regulated leadership
• building sustainable capacity across teams

Because burnout is not a resilience issue.
It is a regulation issue.

And sustainable performance begins with safety.

How We Begin

If you’re exploring support for yourself or your organisation, the first step is a 15-minute connection call.

This is not a sales call.

It’s a focused conversation to understand:
• what you’re currently navigating
• whether nervous system regulation is the missing piece
• and what structured support would look like

From there, we decide on the most aligned next step.

Because sustainable change doesn’t begin with pressure.

It begins with clarity and safety.

And both are possible.
