I work with women who have done a great deal to understand themselves, and are still waiting to feel different.

Not women in crisis. Not women who are falling apart.

Women who are capable, self-aware, often the person others lean on, who have spent years building a life that works, and who carry, underneath all of that, something quiet and unresolved.

They have done the therapy. The personal development. The reading. They understand their patterns. They can trace the thread back to where things began.

And something still hasn’t shifted. Not in the way they hoped.

That gap, between understanding yourself and actually feeling different, is where my work begins.

My Path Into This Work

I spent twenty years in advertising, marketing, and events. High performance, tight deadlines, constant pressure, the kind of environment where staying on was not just expected but rewarded. I was good at it. And I carried the cost of it in ways I didn’t fully recognise until much later.

What changed things for me was not a single moment. It was a slow accumulation of understanding that the exhaustion I felt wasn’t about working too hard. It was about what my body had learned to hold, and how long it had been holding it.

That understanding led me to the work I do now.

My training includes trauma counselling, complex PTSD recovery, breathwork facilitation, REBT coaching, transformation coaching and life purpose work. I am a certified Belief Breakthrough Coach and Usui Reiki Master. But more than any credential, what shaped my approach was learning, in my own body, the difference between understanding something and actually feeling it change.

How I Work

I work at the intersection of the nervous system, the body, and emotional patterns.

Not because these are the right words to use, but because this is genuinely where change happens. Not in the mind, though the mind matters. In the body. In the slow accumulation of experiences of safety that teach the nervous system, it is allowed to rest.

My work is relational before it is structured. I am not here to fix you or move you through a programme on a timeline. I am here to create the conditions where your system feels safe enough to let go of what it has been carrying.

That looks different for every woman I work with.

For some, it begins with the nervous system, understanding why the body responds the way it does and what it would take for those responses to soften. For others, it begins with the beliefs that have been quietly running in the background, shaping decisions and relationships in ways that mindset work alone hasn’t been able to reach. For others, it begins with Reiki, with energy work, with something that doesn’t ask the mind to be involved at all.

Whatever the entry point, the direction is always the same.

Toward safety. Toward presence. Toward the experience of actually feeling what you know.

A Note On The Work Itself

I want to be honest about what this is and what it isn’t.

This is not a quick fix. It is not a set of tools you apply until you feel better. It is not about becoming a more optimised version of yourself.

It is slower than that. And in my experience, more lasting.

When the nervous system genuinely feels safe, things shift that no amount of insight was able to move. The vigilance eases. The guardedness softens. The rest that was never quite restful becomes something the body can actually receive.

That is what I am working toward with every woman I sit with.
