How to start:
- Place your hands gently on areas of tension, like your chest, head, or shoulders.
- Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and focus on the sensation of warmth or energy flow.
- Stay for 3–5 minutes, allowing energy to move wherever it’s needed.
Even brief self-Reiki sessions can help restore balance, calm your nervous system, and reinforce any insights or shifts you’re working on in your life.

- On the next few breaths, imagine drawing in calm, healing energy and releasing tension with each exhale.

- Walk through your space, focusing on areas that feel heavy or cluttered.
- Visualise any dense energy dissolving and leaving your environment lighter and brighter.
Even a few minutes of intentional clearing can create a noticeable shift in how you feel physically and emotionally.

4. Mindful Movement
Movement supports energy flow and helps release tension stored in your body. Gentle stretching, yoga, or even mindful walking can help you reconnect with your energy.
Focus on areas where you hold stress: shoulders, jaw, lower back. Move slowly and pay attention to any sensations, your body will guide you where energy needs release.
5. Affirmations + Energy Intentions
Words carry vibration, and when combined with intention, they can support energetic alignment. Create a simple daily practice:
- Write down one affirmation that reflects how you want to feel (e.g., “I am aligned, grounded, and open to positive energy”).
- Repeat it aloud or silently during a self-Reiki session, breathwork, or meditation.
